Cancellation Policy

All prices and deposits are in Australian dollars (AUD). Appointment times are shown in Melbourne time. A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a refund of your deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment and no-shows forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling and treatment changes must be requested at least 24 hours before your appointment and are subject to availability. You cannot reschedule or change treatment within 24 hours of the appointment. To choose a different treatment, sign in and use Change treatment under My bookings on the home page. For eligible appointments with a settled online deposit, this cancels your original appointment and refunds that deposit separately. You must choose an available replacement time and pay the new treatment’s full deposit. The original time is released, and no replacement is reserved until the new booking is completed. Bank refund processing may take time. Check replacement availability before canceling. Please contact Maya if the change option is unavailable, your payment needs review, or you are close to the 24-hour cutoff. Guests can cancel through their confirmation link and make a new booking. You can manage your booking through your booking confirmation link or your member account. A member account is required to access any treatment photos and reports shared with you by Maya.
